Refund Policy

Refund Policy for AFRO-BLISS GALLERY

We offer a refund and/or exchange within the first 15 days of your purchase, if 15 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.

1. Customers have 15 days from the date of receipt to request a refund for their purchase.

NOTE: This is not applicable to custom-ordered artworks.

2. Refunds will only be issued for items that are damaged or defective.

​

3. To request a refund, customers must contact the gallery and provide evidence of the damage or defect.

The gallery reserves the right to refuse a refund if the damage or defect is deemed to be caused by the customer.

​

If a refund is approved, the customer will receive the full purchase price, minus any shipping and handling fees.

​

4. The customer is responsible for returning the item in its original packaging and condition.

​

5. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs related to the return of the item.

​

6. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receipt of the returned item.

​

7. If a customer has any questions or concerns regarding their purchase, they are encouraged to contact the gallery prior to making a purchase.
